Visa and Mastercard payments stopped

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you of an important change in our payment options. Due to new registration fees for receiving Visa and Mastercard payments on our website, we are forced to stop offering these payment methods.

Our operations are considered ‘high risk’ due to significant health risks, which has made the annual cost of accepting these cards too high. For this reason, we will switch to PayPal for all countries except Belgium and the Netherlands, where we will continue to use Bancontact and iDeal.

Belgium: Bancontact or payconiq 

Netherlands: iDeal

Other countries: PayPal

This adjustment will happen on 15 September 2024.

We understand that this may cause an inconvenience for some customers, but this decision is necessary to ensure the continuity of our service. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to providing you with the best possible service.
